Reform of human resource training necessary for growth: Prime Minister Hun Sen

Prime Minister Hun Sen said that if an institution wants to grow it must reform its human resource training.

The Prime Minister made the remark at the Closing and Graduation Ceremony of the Training Course 2020-2021 and the Opening Ceremony of the 2022 Training Course of the Royal School of Administration, this morning.

The ceremony was attended by more than 2,000 people. The Premier will be handing out diplomas to 2,388 graduates.

Mr Hun Sen said that if you want an institution to be reformed, you must first talk about human resources. He emphasized that human resources are very important because everything starts from people and an institution that cannot be reformed until people reform. Conversely, if an institution does not have people, it is not an institution.

The Premier added, “Thus, the reform in each sector is to start with human resources and human resource reform.”
