About the Role
- Researching and setting the targets and goals the for company
- Establishing, Maintaining, and Expanding company customer base
- Monitoring teamwork performance and motivation, then to reach targets
- Developing Sales Strategies and setting Sales targets
- Support sales team to achieve their individual target and monitor their individual reports
- Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Other duties as assigned by Managing Director
Requirements
- Bachelor, major in Sales and Marketing or relevant
- Minimum 3 years of professional working experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Ms. Office, and Internet-Email
- Advance knowledge of English proficiency in both speaking and writing skills
- Strong leadership, communication, people, and analytical skills
- Willingness to work under pressure and challenging environment
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
