About the Role
- Build a new team for business growth
- Sales and marketing report
- Build up the volume for e-commerce
- Control and guide teams in express/e-commerce to goal target
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable teams
Requirements
- Handle a start-up e-commerce business
- Experience to drive sales/marketing team is an advantage
- Skill of presentation
- At least 3 – 5 experience in BD field from E Commerce, Retail or Express industry
- Good command in spoken and written English or Chinese (Chinese language is a plus)
- Good in management and leadership skill
- Self-motivation
