About the Role

Regional management:

  • Ensure proper and sufficient network coverage of market by sales force.


  • Ensure region workforce is at full strength at all times and is optimum.


  • Ensure region is compliance with company’s policies and procedures.


  • Ensure sufficient stock and products availability for Sales team.


  • Ensure sales target achievement for region and Sales team.


  • Ensure proper documentations and safe keeping of all records.


  • Ensure market dynamic and changes are overcome and reported to management.


  • Ensure competitor activities is reported on timely basis.


People management:

  • Ensure quality recruitment of company employee.


  • Ensure quality retainment of company employee.


  • Ensure company employee are properly train and retrain over time.


  • Ensure company employee are compliance to company policies and procedures.


  • Ensure company employee feedback are recorded and reported to management.


Workforce enhancement:

  • Provide on job training for Area Supervisors in using company’s sales tools.

  • Provide on job training for Area Supervisors in their selling skills and network expansion skills.

  • Provide on job training for Operations Supervisors in using company’s reporting tools.

  • Perform scouting of potential candidates and talent within their designated area for potential recruitment.


Market intelligence

  • Compile and provide proper reporting of competitor’s activities with action plans to management.

  • Compile and provide proper reporting on market demand for any demand of new potential products with action plans to management.

  • Compile and provide proper reporting on market changes and behavior changes of key retailers and customers and feedback to management.

Stocks, cash and data handling

  • Ensure Sales team perform daily reconciliation with Operations team to ensure no products or cash is lost.

  • Ensure Sales team and Operations team perform checking on any cash received to ensure no damage or counterfeit notes.

  • Ensure Sales team and Operations team key in data timely and accurately.

  • Sales reporting

  • Prepare Sales team performance and incentive for direct line manager and brief the Area Supervisors on a monthly basis.

  • Prepare routing report on the effectiveness and efficiency on all Sales team under their region on a monthly basis.



Requirements

  • Honest, hardworking and willing to learn traits.

  • Supportive, positive thinking and teamwork traits.

  • Able to travel and mobile nationwide.

  • Minimum tertiary education in business administration or management.

  • Minimum able to speak Khmer and English language fluently, other language proficiency will be an advantage.

  • Minimum able to write Khmer and English language proficiently, other language writing will be an advantage.

  • Extensive knowledge of local area and familiar with the area.

  • Extensive knowledge of market needs and demand.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales functions and sales skills.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory or management functions and management skills.

  • Proficiently in using computers and Microsoft application skills.

  • Good interpersonal, communication and guidance skills.
