About the Role

  • Build a new team for business growth

  • Sales and marketing report

  • Build up the volume for e-commerce

  • Control and guide teams in express/e-commerce to goal target

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable teams


  • Handle a start-up e-commerce business

  • Experience to drive sales/marketing team is an advantage

  • Skill of presentation

  • At least 3 - 5 experience in BD field from E Commerce, Retail or Express industry

  • Good command in spoken and written English or Chinese (Chinese language is a plus)

  • Good in management and leadership skill

  • Self-motivation
