Build up the volume for e-commerce
Control and guide teams in express/e-commerce to goal target
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry-level staff into valuable teams
Requirements
Handle a start-up e-commerce business
Experience to drive sales/marketing team is an advantage
Skill of presentation
At least 3 - 5 experience in BD field from E Commerce, Retail or Express industry
Good command in spoken and written English or Chinese (Chinese language is a plus)
Good in management and leadership skill
Self-motivation
