About the Role

  • Check all invoices

  • Call confirm customer for booking and share location

  • Collect cash from customers, issue receipt VAT invoice

  • Cash withdraw or deposit to bank

  • Post VAT invoice to Quickbook

  • Post VAT and supplies invoice to app tax

  • Post bank transection for Acleda bank in both quickbook

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance

  • At least 1 years of experience in assistant account

  • Background from Technology is an adventage

  • Proficient in computer literacy

  • Be able to communicate in English

  • Handle problem solving relate to the service
